The Association of Speakers Clubs
	The Association was formed in the early 70's from Toastmasters  International and quickly replaced most of the Toastmasters Clubs in England, Scotland and Wales. Should you visit a Toastmasters Club you would find marked similarities to one of our Clubs. The National site gives a list of  all ASC Clubs, and also an e-mail reference for you to request further details. 			Western District Our district is then subdivided  into 3 Areas, of which the North Pennine is ours . . .
