During peak season only full weeks may be booked (See price guide for details). Out of season part weeks and weekends may be booked subject to availability and will be charged at the following rates.

v      2 nights at 70% of full week rate.

v      3 and 4 nights at 80% of full week rate.

v      5 and 6 nights at 90% of full week rate.

Priority will be given to full week bookings.                  

Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 4pm on their day of arrival and leave no later than 11am on allocated leaving day – for full week bookings arrival and leaving day is Saturday.

 

Bookings will be made on a first come first served basis and can be made by e-mail or by phone. Your booking date will be reserved for 5 working days in which time the deposit must be received.**

The booking deposit is charged at 25% of the rental value. The remaining balance will be required four weeks before rental commences. Confirmation of bookings will be sent by post/email on clearance of your cheque.

**For late bookings within four weeks of arrival, the full holiday price will be required at time of booking: For bookings within two weeks of arrival, payment must be made in full in cash upon arrival.

! Due to where Christmas and New Year fall, the following dates apply:

§         Christmas week bookings commence on Friday 23rd December and finish on Friday 30th December.

§         New Year week bookings commence Friday 30th December and last for 8 nights, bring your fancy dress with you as all of Mevagissey will be out and ready to party in fancy dress.

§         The booking commencing 17th December is for 6 nights only.

 

Security deposit.

A security deposit of £100 is required, payable by cheque with your holiday balance payment (4 weeks before arrival) or for late bookings (less than 2 weeks before arrival) this must be paid in cash (upon arrival). This will be held against any damage or breakages incurred during your stay. The security deposit will be returned to you minus any amount due by cheque, within 10 working days of your leaving date.
