AVAILABILITY AND PRICES.
*SUMMER
During peak season only full
weeks may be booked (See price guide for details). Out of season part weeks and
weekends may be booked subject to availability and will be charged a day rate
equal to one fifth of weekly rate. Short
breaks are subject to a minimum booking of 3 nights unless otherwise
stated. Priority will be given to full
week bookings.

are asked to arrive no earlier than
Bookings
will be made on a first come first served basis and can be made by e-mail or by
phone. Your booking date will be reserved for 5 working days in which time the
deposit must be received.**
The booking deposit is charged at 25% of the rental value. The remaining balance will be required four weeks before rental commences. Confirmation of bookings will be sent by post/email on clearance of your cheque.
**For late bookings within four weeks of arrival, the full holiday price will be required at time of booking: For bookings within two weeks of arrival, payment must be made in full in cash upon arrival.

All bookings are subject to a £100 security deposit.
Security deposit.
A security deposit of £100 is required, payable by cheque with your holiday balance payment (4 weeks before arrival) or for late bookings (less than 2 weeks before arrival) this must be paid in cash (upon arrival). This will be held against any damage or breakages incurred during your stay. The security deposit will be returned to you minus any amount due by cheque, within 10 working days of your leaving date.
