Cobblestones is a non-smoking cottage
and we regret we cannot accommodate pets.
Please note that cobblestones is
situated on a hill, and that the walk up to the cottage from the village
although only a few hundred yards, is quite steep in places.
Due to this and the layout of the
accommodation, we regret but we cannot cater for disabled guests.

charge is for the property per week (or where applicable per number of days
booked), no individual charges are made on a per person basis. Likewise there

occupancy is 5 persons plus one infant. Infants are children under two years of
age and a travel cot will be provided upon request subject to availability.
If more than one consecutive week is booked, a change of towels
and bed linen will be delivered to you if
requested free of charge on each consecutive Saturday for the duration

not provide beach towels, and the use of bathroom towels as beach towels is
prohibited.
Please note we do require a security deposit of £100 (see
below).

The cottage will be cleaned before arrival and at the end of your booking only.

towels will be charged for at their full replacement cost.

Linen and towel change is only available for bookings for 2 or more consecutive

the premises at a prearranged time. Replacement bed linen and towels are

A security deposit of £100 is required, payable by cheque with
your holiday balance payment (4 weeks before arrival) or for late bookings

Cobblestones does not
have a garden or any private outside space.
However there is a children’s park and large green area a short walk up
the road overlooking the sea.
Cobblestones does not have a private parking space. However, there is parking available in the street
directly outside the cottage. These spaces cannot be reserved and are strictly
limited to use on a first come first served basis. Should you not be able to
park directly outside the cottage, or if you feel that your parking skills will
be stretched by the space and the incline of the road, then further on-road
parking can often be found further up the hill. There are also commercial car
parks in the centre of Mevagissey and on the Quay, approximately 3-minute walk
from the cottage - charges vary. It is not advisable to drive a vehicle further
down hill than the cottage as this results in a narrow dead end and very steep
incline which your car may not be able to reverse out of. It should be noted that Mevagissey was built
in a time before cars existed and the narrow winding streets and cobbled
pathways are part of its charm. Please take care whenever you are driving as
most roads also have pedestrians walking upon them.
