Cobblestones Holiday Cottage is a self-catering cottage in the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey Cornwall. Mevagissey is a convenient base for you holiday. It is approximately 7 miles from ‘The Eden Project’, 2 miles from ‘The lost Gardens of Heligan’ and central for many Beautiful beaches and quiet coves.

Cobblestones cottage is believed to be built in 1710. Once part of the old rope works, it is nestled amongst the steep and winding streets on the east side of Mevagissey. Away from the hustle and bustle of the quayside, Cobblestones offers views across the rooftops of the village, yet its peaceful and quiet location is only a short 2-minute walk from the quay.

Mevagissey is a unique 14^th century fishing village. It is the largest fishing village in Mevagissey bay, where fishermen can still be seen repairing nets on the quayside. This picturesque working harbour has an unbroken tradition of boat building since 1745. Mevagissey itself is a warren of narrow streets, home to craft workshops, galleries, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Whether you want a quiet peaceful holiday, wish to see some of Cornwall’s most beautiful gardens, enjoy the hustle and bustle of the quayside or take advantage of the wide choice of beaches, Mevagissey and its surrounding area has something for everyone.
